Carol enjoys giving lectures and presentations, speaking on panels, and leading workshops on many topics including: user experience, human-computer interaction, information architecture, human-machine teaming, and sharing views on acquiring, developing, and maintaining AI systems.
Carol has delivered over 250 talks in over 45 cities across the globe since 2004, is an ACM Distinguished Speaker (2021 – 2025), a senior member of IEEE, and a member of UXPA. Below are some examples.
